Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to define use cases, specs, and test cases with documentation.
• Experience coordinating requirements across PMs, users and developers.
• Capital Markets domain knowledge in asset classes and post-trade processing.
• Proven track record driving complex software releases.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end transaction processing across applications.
• Manage monthly software releases with minimal supervision.
• Gather business requirements between stakeholders and dev teams.
• Define functional specs and test cases, ensure test coverage.
• Meet with senior managers to present solutions and optimize processes.
• Provide rotation-based release weekend and overnight production support.
