Job summary

You will author and peer-review functional and technical documents, build data visualizations, manage Jira stories, and help govern data domains while supporting AWS and ServiceNow integrations in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration.
• Security+ certification or higher/equivalent.
• Ability to pass and maintain customer-specified suitability screenings.
• On-site work in Washington, DC.
• Education/experience levels vary by job level (Level III or IV).
• Strong MS Office and data/architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into specifications.
• Build datasets and visualizations to support reporting and analytics.
• Manage and update user stories in Jira.
• Document processes and partner with stakeholders to design improved workflows.
• Support data governance, metadata, and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with developers on integrations with AWS/ServiceNow.
• Mentor junior team members in an agile, cross-functional environment.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and project delivery.
