Job summary
The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 100% onsite role in Dallas/Westlake, TX. You will gather requirements for brokerage-domain features, drive platform modernization, and coordinate UAT sessions across a cross-functional team.
You will analyze and design enterprise web/middle-tier applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot), aligning with business objectives and performance needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Systems Analyst supporting complex enterprise software solutions.
- 5+ years solid SQL experience with relational databases.
- 5+ years proven experience with APIs - REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.
- 5+ years’ experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Brokerage experience and familiarity with trading capabilities.
- Experience in writing solution requirements, user stories, and specs for complex systems.
- Experience with data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, use-case development, and UAT.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to platform modernization initiatives ensuring seamless system integration.
- Analyze, design, and support enterprise web/middle-tier applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Java to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed specs.
- Support end-to-end delivery: requirements validation, impact analysis, testing coordination, and production readiness.
- Work independently and in teams to deliver high-quality results aligned with architecture standards.
