Job summary

A technology company in Chicago is seeking a Business/System Analyst with a minimum of 7+ years of experience. The role involves creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), facilitating sessions for business needs, leading user acceptance testing, and providing production support. Ideal candidates will have skills in documenting specifications and resolving system issues, with a preference for various visa holders. This is a 06+ months contract position.

Responsibilities

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for system enhancements.
• Facilitate sessions to document business needs and work with system analyst to develop Functional Specification Requirements (FRS).
• Lead user acceptance testing by developing and executing test scripts.
• Develop and update training materials, user manuals, and prepare documentation for assigned products.
• Provide daily production support to assigned system(s), identify production problems, and resolve system issues using Jira.
• Complete special projects, perform systems testing, and other assigned duties.
