Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Spring, TX seeks a Senior Business Planning Manager to drive performance through strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting and data-driven insights. You will partner with Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations to shape initiatives and monitor KPIs using Power BI.

The role requires advanced analytics, executive presentations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Planning, Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related role.
• Strong experience in business performance management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization.
• Experience building executive dashboards and translating data into business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across strategic initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business reviews using Power BI.
• Define, standardize, and monitor business KPIs to measure performance against strategic objectives.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.

• Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and performance diagnostics to generate actionable recommendations.

• Improve reporting processes through automation, data integration, and scalable analytical solutions.
• Support annual operating plans, long-term planning, and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives while ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
