BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Business Litigation Associate with 5 years of recent business litigation experience and CA licensure. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

You will review fact patterns, analyze issues, and assist lead trial attorneys on pre-trial matters, motions, and depositions, while managing cases independently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate with excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in California in good standing.
• Familiarity with federal and state court procedural rules.
• Strong drafting and writing ability.
• Experience in case management and managing matters independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Second chair complex cases or first chair simpler cases.
