Job summary

Staffworxs seeks a Senior BI Developer to design and develop interactive dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, and ETL processes. You will work with large, complex datasets and deliver enterprise reporting across modules.

The role demands strong communication and analytical skills and a proven track record in BI/Data Warehousing. Onsite work in Phoenix, AZ with a 12-month contract is expected.

Role: Senior BI Developer

Location: Pheonix, AZ (Onsite - Local preferred)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior BI Developer with strong experience in Power BI, SQL, ETL, data modeling, and enterprise reporting. The ideal candidate will design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, data models, and analytics solutions while working with large and complex datasets.

Key Skills:

• Strong Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX, and Paginated Reports/SSRS
• Advanced SQL and experience with Oracle/SQL Server or similar databases
• Hands-on ETL experience with Informatica, DataStage, SSIS, Alteryx, or BODS
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and dimensional data modeling
• Experience with Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW/HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, QlikView/Qlik Sense
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience:

8+ years in BI/Data Analytics/Data Warehousing.
