Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a senior analytics professional to partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders. You will evaluate performance, build forecasting models, and design KPI frameworks to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.

You will develop dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau/Looker, translate complex questions into structured analyses, and communicate findings to senior leaders for informed action.

Qualifications

• Relevant Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in business analytics, operational analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning, or executive decision support, preferably within a technology company or high-growth environment.
• Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to investigate complex business problems, interpret large datasets, identify meaningful patterns, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of organizational performance, financial drivers, operational efficiency, investment decisions, and the relationship between business metrics and strategic outcomes.
• Business Intelligence Tools: Experience developing dashboards and executive reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable business intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis, or related analytical tools is an advantage.
• KPI and Performance Frameworks: Experience designing enterprise KPI architectures, performance scorecards, reporting standards, or value-realization methodologies is preferred.
