Exercise accountability over P&L for a business segment and strategic planning with a 1-6‑month horizon. Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products and lead product level modeling and analytics. Lead direct‑to‑consumer marketing efforts for select products, and strategic intent for products distributed through various channels. Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go‑to‑market strategies. Drive step‑change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis. Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy. Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field AND 5 years of experience performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Alternatively, 7 years of experience if no degree.
• 3 years of experience performing people management and 3 years of experience performing project management.
• Must live within commuting distance of the New York, NY office; telecommuting is permitted per company policy.
