Build and shape the pipeline. Identify emerging mission needs, customer priorities, acquisition activity and new sources of demand; develop and qualify a strong pipeline of strategic growth opportunities.
Get ahead of the opportunity. Build trusted relationships across MPO mission, technical and acquisition communities to understand priorities, requirements, budgets and acquisition strategies before they become solicitations.
Shape to win. Translate customer and market insight into early win strategies, competitive positioning, teaming approaches, differentiators and investment priorities.
Connect mission and technology. Work with mission and technical leaders to connect customer challenges with Leidos services, technologies, products, partners and investments—and identify where new solutions or capabilities can create advantage.
Drive disciplined growth execution. Own opportunity development and qualification through transition to Capture, then remain engaged throughout the pursuit with customer and market insight.
Mobilize the enterprise. Bring together Growth, Operations, Technology and executive leadership—and build strategic industry partnerships to put the best of Leidos against the opportunity.
Raise the game. Mentor developing growth professionals and help advance a more proactive, mission-centric and disciplined approach to growth.
Pay Range $154,050.00 - $278,475.00
