Senior Business Development Manager – US Market (Hospitality & Wine Sector)

Location: Remote (East Coast). Reporting to: Global CEO, UK. Salary: Up to $120,000 + Performance Bonus.

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for premium hospitality? Our client, a global leader in wine & champagne preservation systems, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the US market. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with the potential to build and lead a team as the business expands.

What You’ll Do

Sales Growth & Market Penetration

  • Own the US sales pipeline and develop strategies to win new business.
  • Identify and secure high-value accounts across restaurants, hotels, bars, wineries, and national accounts.

Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Forge new partnerships while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global CEO to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Work autonomously to drive revenue growth and sustainable client relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences.
  • Solve complex challenges creatively while seizing growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and KPI reporting.
  • Ensure a clear pipeline of opportunities and consistently deliver measurable results.
