BPMcpa is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth across Audit, Tax, and Advisory services in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role targets professionals with a proven track record in selling professional services to middle-market and IPO-track companies, leveraging a consultative approach.

Ideal candidates will have an existing Bay Area network, be relationship-driven, and able to lead outbound outreach and meetings while partnering across disciplines to expand BPMcpa’s regional

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a business development role within professional services.
• Established Bay Area business network and ability to generate and nurture leads.
• Strong interpersonal skills and trusted relationship builder.
• Experience with CRMs and outbound outreach.

Responsibilities

• Report, track, and manage sales activities and results within our CRM system.
• Set up business development meetings.
• Conduct high-volume outbound communications daily to establish rapport with prospective clients.
• Research organizations and individuals to identify new prospects and markets.
