Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience or equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or similar Student Information System.
• Experience creating queries with DBeaver, Alteryx, Hyperion Studio, Microsoft BI and PeopleSoft Query Manager.

Responsibilities

• Defines functional specifications and creates test scenarios for system changes.
• Develops and validates queries and reports related to enrollment and retention.
• Coordinates PeopleSoft production processing with Enterprise Technology.
• Leads and mentors other analysts to meet department deadlines.
• Provides training on new processes and tools to university staff.
• Documents decisions, tasks and minutes from meetings.
