Profitable Tradie is a fast-growing business coaching company seeking a Business Coach/Consultant to lead leadership and strategy engagements for trade-based business owners across North America. You will deliver world-class coaching, design scalable coaching systems, and drive real profit growth and time freedom for clients.

• Have spent years coaching, leading, or developing people - not just managing tasks.
• Be accountable for outcomes in a high‑performance environment.

• Identify and implement better ways to help clients grow.
• Develop coaching resources to drive client success.
• Optimise coaching processes to get faster results.
