Equal parts advisor and operating partner, Amazon’s team of Business Coaches assist and guide our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) business owners as they build and grow successful last mile package delivery businesses.

The Senior Business Coach (BC) helps Amazon improve the flexibility and quality of its delivery network in the Americas—to help fuel a $4B investment in rural communities bringing even faster delivery to our millions of customers in less densely populated areas. This role’s primary focus is supporting DSP operations across the broader Americas delivery network, with particular emphasis on rural market expansion and mature-state optimization. You will facilitate solution-oriented approaches to remove business obstacles and drive continuous improvement in financial performance, operational efficiency, and safety standards across the network. The position requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations managers, program directors, compliance officers, legal counsel, and finance teams.
