AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking an IT Analytics/Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into reporting and analytics, collaborating with SMEs to design data-driven solutions. You will develop dashboards and reports, perform testing, and support ongoing customer needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in information technology, with experience in SDLC, Cerner EMR, data services, HL7, and BI tools. On-site, full-time, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC phases and requirements gathering.
• Experience with OLAP and BW/HANA integrations.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR and healthcare data packages.
• Data services and HL7 software experience required.
• Ability to build custom apps with vendor SDKs (SAP BOBJ).
• Experience with Tomcat, HTML, XML, Java/JSP, and SQL.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Identifies data requirements and defines them with business sponsors and stakeholders.
• Translates business requirements into system design for reporting and analytics.
• Interprets existing data and system capabilities to meet business needs.
• Collaborates with SMEs during UX design and system design phases.
• Partners with the ETL team to develop infrastructure and systems for both functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Designs and develops reports and analytics, including data visualization through scorecards and dashboards.
• Conducts testing to ensure data requirements are met and performs performance tuning.
• Completes quality assurance and quality control at the design stage.
• Performs user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.
• Provides on-call support, including tracking tickets, handling incidents, and supporting ongoing customer needs.
• Manages change control processes and conducts intra-team peer reviews.
• Documents work performed in the knowledge base and provides training to other staff.
• Performs ither duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of phases of Software development life cycle(SDLC) - Project Analysis, Requirements, Design Documentation, Development, Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Implementation, Post Implementation Support and Maintenance. [Required]
• Experience with customizing LaunchPad, Analysis for OLAP, Integration with BW & HANA [Required]
• Knowledge of Cerner EMR [Required]
