Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's with quantitative focus (or MBA with quantitative concentration).
• Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for various lending products.
• Support marketing efforts and build targeted insights for customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop risk models and test hypotheses linking future credit trends to historical data.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive quality, volume, service and profitability.
