Cartesian is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Analytics practice in Boston. You will work on 2–5 person project teams to analyze data, build predictive models, and help develop strategic recommendations for clients.

You will leverage SQL, Python, and Alteryx to uncover insights, conduct well-sourced research, and prepare executive-ready deliverables. The role emphasizes clear communication, strong problem-solving, and proactive time management in a fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a strategy and/or analytics role, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with a preference for quantitative coursework.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate plans and execute well-documented analyses.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to proactively set and execute priorities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Analytics practice. Senior Business Analysts will work in 2–5-person project teams to conduct data analysis and research to help develop strategic recommendations for our clients. We are looking for individuals who are excited to analyze data, build predictive models, investigate complex processes, research new technologies, develop strategies, and communicate clear recommendations to clients in a fun, fast paced environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a strategy and/or analytics role, preferably in a consulting environment
