The position emphasizes data extraction, BI reporting, and collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align architecture with business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT business analysis experience.
• Experience with web-based applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data management and modeling.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT and regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document, and work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Extract data from disparate systems into meaningful BI to improve processes.
• Identify and resolve business, usability, and technical problems.
• Support release management and project readiness reviews.
• Prepare briefing materials for executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate inputs for meetings.
