Kyndryl is seeking an Experienced Business Analyst to translate business requirements into functional specifications for the MAX solution implementation. You will facilitate workshops, document business processes, support UAT activities, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Based in the United States, you will work with stakeholders across functions, analyze enterprise applications, and drive requirements gathering and gap analysis to enable successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise application implementation and business process mapping.
• Knowledgeable in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and UAT coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledgeable on the ADOT MVD MAX Solution.
• Based in the United States.
