Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst III to support a media organization’s data quality and rights management platforms. You will partner with business users, tech leads, and offshore teams to ensure accurate data capture and seamless system use across the organization.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, thrives in Agile settings, and translates user challenges into scalable solutions. Experience in media/entertainment is valued. Compensation ranges and benefits start from day one.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Strong BA fundamentals (requirements, use cases, stakeholder management).
  • Experience writing clear, detailed use cases.
  • Hands on experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience bridging business users and technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
  • PMI-PBA certification.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Business Analyst for a SaaS data quality and rights management tool.
  • Partner with business units and product managers to gather, define, and document requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
  • Lead planning and prioritization sessions; maintain a prioritized backlog.
  • Facilitate discovery, requirements, testing, and deployment across the SDLC.
  • Act as liaison between business users, technical leads, and offshore developers.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing and QA efforts.
  • Monitor business strategy changes and assess downstream system impacts.
  • Develop SOPs, training materials, and user guides; deliver end-user training.
  • Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues with ownership and urgency.
  • Support Scrum ceremonies and align sprint work with business objectives.
