Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency for querying, analyzing, and debugging data.

• Background in financial services, asset management or wealth management preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis initiatives independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and process needs.
• Work hands-on with data to identify trends, investigate data issues, surface insights, and translate findings into actionable outcomes.
• Use SQL to query, analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data across complex environments.
• Partner with business, product, technology, data, and cross-functional teams to define solutions and drive initiatives to completion.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions, resolve ambiguity, build alignment, and influence decisions across teams without direct authority.
• Identify data and process gaps and collaborate to develop effective solutions.
• Lead workstreams within larger initiatives and ensure deliverables are on time and quality.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, sharing best practices and guidance on analysis and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of business processes, data capabilities, and analytical practices.
