Remote Jobs is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Customer 360 platform built on Databricks. The role focuses on P&C Insurance, data analytics, and data transformation to deliver a unified customer view. The ideal candidate will have 深 strong SQL, data validation, and experience with CDP/MDM and Agile delivery. Hybrid/Remote work in the Atlanta area is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong SQL, data analysis and data validation.
• Experience with Customer 360, CDP, MDM or enterprise data initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Experience with Lender-Placed Insurance, Insurance Tracking, Mortgage Servicing, or Policy Administration Systems.
• Strong data mapping, data lineage, and system integration knowledge.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows for Customer 360 initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams on Databricks-based data solutions and customer data integration.
• Analyze change requests and assess business, data, and system impacts.
• Perform complex SQL-based data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve data quality, mapping, and process issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, insurers, lenders, and servicing teams on customer and policy data initiatives.
• Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release validation.
• Create and maintain business documentation, process flows, release notes, and functional specs.
