Labcorp is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our Conga CPQ and Quote-to-Cash ecosystem in Durham, NC. Hybrid work with three days in the Durham office and two remote days, not fully remote.
You will collaborate across Sales Operations, IT, and global teams to optimize proposal, billing, invoicing and revenue workflows. The role requires a BS degree and 2+ years in cash-to-quote or CPQ environments, with 3+ years billing/proposal experience.

Labcorp is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) – Quote‑to‑Cash to support and enhance our enterprise Quote‑to‑Cash ecosystem, including Conga (Apttus) CPQ, Salesforce, PeopleSoft Billing, and SAP HANA reporting. This role supports end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash functionality across quotation, billing, revenue, and reporting workflows for a platform managing over a billion dollars in annual revenue.
