We are looking for a professional with strong business analysis, requirements management, and software testing experience who can effectively bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, quality assurance teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of complex technology initiatives.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that business requirements are accurately defined, communicated, and implemented within our technology solutions. Your ability to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and validate system functionality through comprehensive testing will help ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications that support State Street's strategic objectives.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
Onsite 4 days a week in office and one day remote Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs(8am to 5pm)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $167,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
