This role transforms complex internal and external data into actionable insights that drive growth, improve operational effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making.Working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners, the Senior Business Analyst owns data management processes, product catalog maintenance, Power BI reporting solutions, and business performance analytics. The role also supports key internal and customer-facing business reviews through data-driven recommendations and executive-level storytelling.**Role Responsibilities****Business Intelligence & Data Management*** Own the management of internal and external data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability.* Develop and maintain product/item catalog structures and categorization methodologies to support reporting and analysis.* Design, build, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.* Drive improvements in data governance, reporting automation, and process efficiency.* Partner with internal teams and external providers to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.**Performance Reporting & Analytics*** Own weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting for Amazon.* Utilize Power BI, Amazon Vendor Central, Edge Market Share, Flywheel Commerce Cloud, Profitero, Circana, and internal systems to monitor business performance.* Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.* Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support sales, market share growth, profitability, and operational performance.* Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for leadership teams.**Business Reviews & Strategic Support*** Own analytical support for internal and external Weekly/Mo./Qrtly.
