Job summary

Socket.dev is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead modernization of the Air Force acquisition process model. You will ensure accuracy against evolving laws and policies, train the workforce, and oversee an AI-enabled prompt library and workflows built on top of the model.

You will coordinate government working groups, deliver scalable training, and ensure alignment of digital assets with actual acquisition tasks.

Qualifications

10+ years in business analysis directing complex process models or knowledge management platforms.
Master's degree in business administration, finance, or MIS, or a bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
Active Secret clearance (interim Secret considered with approval).
Deep working knowledge of DoD or Air Force acquisition policy and ability to translate guidance into content updates on a tight cycle.
Experience leading cross-organizational working groups and delivering training at scale.

Responsibilities

Direct the operation, maintenance, and updates of an enterprise acquisition process model.
Incorporate approved updates, add new content, retire obsolete content, and verify documentation accuracy.
Review newly issued acquisition guidance and implement changes within five business days of publication.
Coordinate and facilitate government working groups reviewing planned updates.
Deliver on-demand virtual training to the acquisition workforce.
Engineer, validate, and manage the lifecycle of an AI prompt library and AI-enabled workflows.
Ensure digital assets support acquisition documentation development, requirements reviews, and guidance integration.
Coordinate technical collaboration across Air Force organizations.
