Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a remote contract-to-hire role focused on the claims insurance domain. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $55.00 to $65.00/hr. w2

Experience Requirements:

• Three or more years of business analysis experience supporting medium-sized initiatives.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Effective meeting facilitation.
• Clear and effective writing with experience creating technical documentation.
• Experience eliciting requirements.
• Skilled in collaborative facilitation methods.
• Advanced knowledge of business modeling tools, including process and workflow modeling.
• Knowledge of writing test cases and test plans.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Insurance domain experience preferred, with Guidewire Claims Center background highly desired.
• Experience with agile methods preferred.

Education Requirements:

University degree, college diploma, or equivalent business experience.
