Job summary

MM International, LLC seeks a Senior Business Analyst & Prompt Engineer with extensive experience in business analysis, generative AI, and LLM prompt engineering. You will design, test, and optimize reusable AI Skills to enable AI-driven business processes and product workflows.

The role involves translating processes into AI-ready requirements, building evaluation frameworks, and working with product, risk, and compliance teams to ensure governance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Process Improvement, or Consulting.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of LLM behavior, prompt optimization, hallucinations, and structured outputs.
• Experience with BRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow mapping.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
