Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across functions is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with data reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Middle Office to elicit and prioritize requirements for Risk, Performance Measurement, Data, and Reporting.
• Serve as liaison between Middle Office and Digital teams to communicate priorities.
• Lead process reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners and Digital teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Support data governance, data quality initiatives, and testing/adoption activities.

This role will serve as a key partner to Middle Office leadership and act as the primary liaison between Middle Office stakeholders and Digital teams, helping ensure business priorities, requirements, and strategic objectives are effectively translated into business capabilities and solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Middle Office, Commercial, Risk, Finance, Accounting, and Digital organizations to identify business needs, improve processes, define requirements, and support delivery of initiatives that enhance business performance and operational effectiveness. This position will play an important role in helping shape and mature Middle Office capabilities while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships and alignment.
