What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; or 10+ years of general IT experience with 4+ years specialized experience
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset with experience in Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in the healthcare industry, especially with CMS programs or quality improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with federal government contracting
• Experience facilitating usability testing and backlog management
• Knowledge of the SAFe methodology
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading training initiatives
