Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Business Analyst who serves as a subject matter expert and program leader. The role blends hands-on analysis with strategic leadership to improve processes, ensure compliance, and guide major initiatives across the enterprise.

You will manage IT audit support, policy development, and complex re-engineering projects, mentor staff, and align programs with strategic objectives while collaborating with senior leaders and DoD/IC stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a relevant business area; 10+ years if no degree.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of MS Visio/Project or JIRA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze information to prepare reports and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and manage business process development and re-engineering initiatives.
• Develop and review strategic guidance, policies, and performance assessments.
• Serve as primary project manager, overseeing full lifecycle of initiatives.
• Create IMS schedules, test plans, manage resources, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Provide admin and staff support, coordinating meetings and records.
• Offer subject matter expertise in domains like RIM, IT security, and enterprise architecture.
