Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in assessing, detailing, testing and/or constructing building envelope systems.
• Strong understanding of advanced flashing, waterproofing, roofing, cladding, rain screens, air barriers and other related systems.
• Registered Professional is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business leadership in building science.
• Lead and manage project teams to drive results on time and on budget.
• Conduct presentations within the larger building science community.
• Review and write proposals for new work.
• Mentor and train entry-level staff in both technical and non-technical skills.
