Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience with an architectural/engineering firm, construction firm, or construction management firm.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) license required.
• Ability to travel to remote job sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for small to medium-sized projects.
• Consult on building enclosure waterproofing design and construction.
• Provide site visits and responses during the construction administration phase.
