Responsibilities include managing investigations, conducting field reviews, and mentoring staff while ensuring quality project delivery. Qualifications
6+ years of relevant experience.
Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng.), or ability to obtain.
Strong experience in building science principles, enclosure systems, codes, and construction practices.
Responsibilities
Lead building enclosure investigations, condition assessments, design reviews, and rehabilitation projects.
Conduct field reviews and performance testing; analyze findings and recommend corrective actions.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to assess risk and develop solutions.
Develop repair strategies, technical details, specifications, and contract documents.
Serve as technical reviewer and provide guidance to project teams.
Manage project financial performance, including scopes and budgets.
Strengthen client relationships and present findings to stakeholders.
Mentor junior and intermediate staff.
