Job summary

Bluewater Federal is seeking a Build & Release Engineer to support the USAF at Maxwell AFB. You will manage build execution, packaging, and release promotion across dev, staging, and production environments.

Responsibilities include maintaining CI/CD pipelines, release validation, rollback planning, and coordinating deployment sequencing. A Secret clearance is required, with Security+ preferred; experience with Git, automation scripting, and artifact management is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage software build execution, packaging, and release promotion activities.
• Coordinate deployment sequencing across development, staging, and production environments.
• Maintain build automation and CI/CD pipeline processes.
• Support release validation, readiness reviews, and rollback planning activities.
• Manage artifact repositories and source control branching strategies.
• Troubleshoot deployment and pipeline issues affecting release execution.
• Support operational stabilization activities following deployments.
