Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
• Strong experience applying DevOps principles across CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams to drive delivery outcomes.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
• Solid containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Define and own build, release, and CI/CD strategy for complex multi-environment releases.
• Lead and mentor DevOps/Build & Release Engineers; prioritize workload and coach team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure quality and timely releases.

• Champion industry best practices for build, release, and CI/CD pipelines.
