Roblox Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Build Platform to design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers AI‑driven creation on Roblox. You will work on long‑running workflow orchestration, model routing, tool execution, and scalable agent infrastructure used by millions of creators.

You will collaborate with Build, ML infrastructure, and Safety teams, participate in on‑call, write clear specs, review code, and mentor others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating backend or distributed systems in production.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Go.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized services.
• BS in CS or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate services in the Build Platform.
• Improve reliability, latency, and cost of multi-step agent workflows.
• Extend evaluation infrastructure to measure quality and catch regressions.
• Collaborate with Build, ML infrastructure, and Safety teams; on-call duties.
• Write clear technical specs, review code, and mentor engineers.
