Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must have broad knowledge of broadcast and production systems and operational workflows.
  • Experience supporting SDI/IP based architectures and broadcast automation workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure is required.
  • Familiarity with FCC rules and documentation practices.
  • Ability to work with IT/cellular systems, servers, and devices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world class customer service to internal and external partners.
  • Support, maintain, and install broadcast, RF, and production systems (SDI/IP).
  • Set up and enhance software, hardware, servers, automation and workflow systems to improve productivity.
  • Partner with the news department to develop and support content workflows and systems.
  • Use purchasing systems to track assets, budget support, and replacement cycles.
  • Operate and maintain mobile live trucks including micowave, satellite, and video/audio equipment.
