Job summary

Cotiviti in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to lead intake, logic development, deployment, and maintenance of business rules across platform applications. You will coordinate with RCA Content & Enablement, Implementations, Audit Operations and R&D to ensure rule accuracy and scalability.

The role requires strong analytical and coding skills (SQL/Java), experience with BRMS tools like DROOLS, and familiarity with Power BI and SSMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Experience in healthcare industry.
• Basic coding skills in SQL, Java, or similar.
• Familiar with Power BI, SSMS, and data tools.
• Experience with complex business rules (DROOLS).

Responsibilities

• Receive and clarify rule requirements from Cotiviti teams.
• Design and develop BRMS rule logic for integration.
• Test and validate rules in non-production environments.
• Deploy validated rules to production and monitor outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and version history for rules.
• Perform root-cause analyses to improve rule effectiveness.
• Coordinate with operations to socialize rules and gather feedback.
