HDR, Inc. in Missoula, Montana is seeking a Bridge Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary transportation projects from planning through execution. You will plan, manage, and coordinate engineering work, develop client relations, and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
7 years related experience including minimum 2 years in project management.
PE or P.Eng license is required.
MS Office and MS Project experience is required.
Demonstrated leadership skills and active participation in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline engineering projects or large, routine projects.
Foster and develop client relationships for yourself and your staff.
Independently coordinate work of engineers and balance planning team throughout entire project's development.
Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate or adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule.
Mentor younger staff and support continued development.
