STV Incorporated in Franklin, TN is seeking a Senior Structural (Bridge) Engineer to lead analysis and design of highway and pedestrian bridges and related structures. You will interact with clients regularly and contribute to business development efforts.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will mentor junior staff and help deliver projects within budgets and schedules, with opportunities to advance in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive design experience on structural projects.
• TN Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong structural analysis and design skills for transportation projects.
• Project management skills to plan and coordinate work to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to form client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Bridge Practice in Franklin, TN.
• Provide analysis and design of bridges and related structures.
• Support design on projects and lead assigned tasks.
• Assist in preparation of technical and cost proposals.
• Assist in maintaining project deliverables and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with managers to ensure timely delivery.
