Job summary

RINA is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to lead bridge projects in our Civil Engineering Division. You will design and produce structural plans for bridges, supervise teams, and collaborate with project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in structural/bridge design, a PE license, and proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads. Hybrid work is available, with strong growth opportunities through mentoring and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis or structural engineering degree.
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred; PhD a plus.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required; ability to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee bridge-related tasks and projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Develop comprehensive plans, specifications, and estimates for diverse bridge projects.
• Prepare technical reports and perform alternative analyses for optimized outcomes.
• Provide construction phase services, including review of shop drawings and RFIs.
