Job summary

H&H, a nationally recognized infrastructure engineering firm, seeks a Senior Structural Engineer in Hamilton, NJ to lead design on small to mid-sized projects. You will oversee design calculations, manage the design team, and provide construction support, advancing project quality and delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of bridge design experience, strong communication skills, and supervisory background.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Eight to 12 years of experience in bridge design.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and reviewing design calculations and contract documents (plans and specs) for quality control.
• Managing the design team.
• Providing construction support services.
• Tackling other project-specific tasks as they come up.
