Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Bridge Design Project Engineer IV for our Salt Lake City, UT office. You will perform transportation structure design analysis, plan preparation, and contribute to a broad portfolio of western U.S. bridges in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and strong experience with highway bridges and industry software like Civil3D/OpenRoads/OpenBridge. This hybrid role offers growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; PE licensure strongly preferred.
• Experience with highway bridge design and transportation structures.
• Proficient in bridge design software such as Civil3D/OpenRoads/OpenBridge.

Responsibilities

• Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team.
• Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work by others.
• Prepares technical specification sections and contributes to PS&E package.
• Provides input to budgeting and project schedules.
