Job summary

Dexerto Limited is seeking a Senior Video Producer, Branded Content, to lead hands-on production of bespoke campaigns for social-first and premium ads. This role blends creative and commercial demands, working remotely from the United States in Eastern or Central time zones, coordinating with UK colleagues and production partners.

You will oversee client briefs through pre-production, shoots, post, and delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure brand objectives and platform requirements

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience producing branded content and digital campaigns.
• Hands-on producer who delivers campaigns, not just strategy.
• Strong experience with social-first content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Deep digital media expertise and understanding of online audiences.
• Experience with gaming, entertainment, sports, creators or digital culture.
• Proven ability managing budgets, crews, locations, and partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with remote and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of branded video campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Hands-on day-to-day management of productions.
• Develop production approaches for a range of budgets/formats.
• Ensure production scales align with creative idea, budget, and platform.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Creative, Marketing and Video Production teams.
• Translate client objectives into scopes of work, plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead pre-production and on-location shoots with crews, talent, locations.
• Oversee post-production, rights, licenses, and platform optimization.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Maintain high standards and on-time, on-budget delivery.
