The role emphasizes independent work, a strong portfolio across graphic design, photography, and video, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design or visual production.
• Strong portfolio with graphic, photo and video work.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro/After Effects.
• Solid layout, typography, composition, lighting, visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently to meet briefs and deadlines.
• Experience planning and executing photo/video shoots.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets across digital, print, web, email, social, sales materials.
• Apply and evolve brand guidelines for consistency.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for products and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand briefs and goals.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Edit and retouch photography and video assets for marketing channels.
