Job summary

CPS Energy is seeking a Graphic Comms Creative Designer 3 in San Antonio to lead graphic design efforts across print, digital, and online channels. You will help strengthen CPS Energy’s brand through collaborative work with teams, external partners, and stakeholders, delivering high-quality visuals and campaigns.

The role requires extensive Adobe Creative Suite expertise, a strong portfolio, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional digital portfolio of graphic design and/or digital work produced independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history per CPS Energy policies.
• Demonstrate well-developed written and verbal communications skills.
• Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Experience in print and digital media production and prepress processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in marketing and communications strategies and execution.
• Support brand management and graphic messaging across digital channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and customers.
• Collaborate on core brand development projects and campaigns.
• Meet with stakeholders to identify needs and provide creative solutions.
• Produce distinctive graphics across multiple media forms.
