Job summary

Changing Lives Productions, the in-house video production arm of Dhar Mann Studios, seeks a Senior Manager, Client Services to own the middle of the business—from qualified opportunities through delivery and renewal. Qualifications

• 7+ years in Client Services, Account Management, Partnerships, or related roles within branded content/entertainment.
• Proven ability to manage senior brand and agency stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of branded content, campaign delivery, client expectations, and post-campaign reporting.
• Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and judgment.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Production, Creative, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Talent, and Leadership.
• Strong commercial instincts around scope, margins, timelines, and renewals.
• High accountability with a proactive, fixer mindset.
• Ability to operate quickly without losing attention to detail.
• Strong CRM, project tracking, and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle from qualified opportunity through campaign delivery, reporting, renewal, and expansion with clear next steps and ownership.
• Manage proposal readiness, scope clarity, internal approvals, timeline feasibility, client follow-ups, and deal momentum.
• Own the client experience once an opportunity becomes active; lead communications and surface risks early.
• Partner with Production, Creative, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Talent, and Leadership to ensure campaigns are feasible, profitable, brand-safe, and executable.
• Oversee campaign handoffs, kickoffs, timelines, deliverables, client updates, escalations, and overall campaign health.
• Own post-campaign process with Analytics and CRO to deliver reporting, insights, and a strong renewal path.
• Build repeatable systems for handoffs, kickoffs, communication, tracking, reporting, renewals, and escalation.
