Job summary

The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC) is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to elevate our brands, stories, and programs through strategic, visually compelling communication across print, digital, retail, exhibitions, and environmental graphics.

Lead concept development, protect brand identities across IPCC/IPMI, and collaborate with printers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver campaigns that are culturally respectful and on brand.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field and 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in brand development and stewardship across print and digital.
• Strong knowledge of commercial print production, prepress, and color management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of concepts and visual solutions across print, digital, and environmental graphics.
• Protect and shape IPCC/IPMI visual identities across initiatives.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling creative and messaging.
• Design campaigns, publications, signage, and digital experiences.
• Manage projects from concept to production within deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with printers, vendors, photographers, and partners to deliver results.
• Present concepts and incorporate feedback while maintaining high standards.
• Work with marketing and design teammates on integrated campaigns.
• Strengthen workflows and brand management practices.
